"Nixon Throws Water on Kansas Aqueduct Idea"

(TOPEKA CAPITAL-JOURNAL) The Topeka Capital-Journal reports, "Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon registered firm opposition to a plan under development by the administration of Gov. Sam Brownback to deliver excess water from the Missouri River through an aqueduct to western Kansas."
