(NORFOLK DAILY NEWS) The Norfolk Daily News reports, "A temporary injunction issued in Holt County District Court here Thursday will keep TransCanada from making use of eminent domain authority with some landowners along the Nebraska portion of the route of the proposed Keystone XL pipeline."
