(SCOTTSBLUFF STAR-HERALD) The Scottsbluff Star-Herald reports, "More than 50 Panhandle residents gathered at the Sioux County Courthouse on Wednesday to voice their opposition to a proposed waste water dump site. The Sioux County Commissioners said they will be drafting a letter against allowing the site."
