"Woodbury County Stays Out of Urban-Rural Water Lawsuit for Now"

(SIOUX CITY JOURNAL) The Sioux City Journal reports, "The Woodbury County Board of Supervisors decided Tuesday to wait before voting on whether to help Northwest Iowa drainage districts foot the bill for fighting a lawsuit over nitrate levels in the Raccoon River."
