"LRNRD Budget Would Trim Spending; Property Tax Asking Would Rise"

(HASTINGS TRIBUNE) The Hastings Tribune reports, "The Lower Republican Natural Resources District could spend and save more than $1.5 million less this fiscal year than last, but also would collect more property tax under a proposed budget that will go to a public hearing at its Sept. 10 meeting."
