(SCOTTSBLUFF STAR-HERALD) The Scottsbluff Star-Herald reports, "About 150 people attended the Nebraska legislative hearings to hear discussion over two legislative resolutions, 154 and 247, concerning the functions of the Nebraska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (NOGCC)."
