"NRD Budget Includes Tax Levy Increase"

(SIOUX CITY JOURNAL) The Sioux City Journal reports, "Property owners in Dakota and portions of Thurston counties in Nebraska will see a slight increase in the property taxes they pay to the Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District."
