(HASTINGS TRIBUNE) The Hastings Tribune reports, "Confronted with questions about how irrigation development in neighboring Adams and Webster counties may be contributing to groundwater table declines in Kearney County’s May Township, the Tri-Basin NRD will delay deciding whether to enact additional conservation requirements there."
