"Lower Elkhorn NRD to Talk Flow Meters"

(NORFOLK DAILY NEWS) The Norfolk Daily News reports, "With a vote on whether to require flow meters on all irrigation wells just eight days away, the Lower Elkhorn Natural Resources District will conduct a public hearing on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. to get the input of local residents on the issue."
