(HASTINGS TRIBUNE) The Hastings Tribune reports, "A set of proposed revisions to a key planning document for water management in the Lower Republican Natural Resources District would let the district benefit from recent improvements in Nebraska’s relationship with Kansas over Republican River Basin water, officials said here Thursday."
