(HASTINGS TRIBUNE) The Hastings Tribune reports, "Beginning as soon as next spring, excess Platte River flows may be diverted south into the Republican River Basin, helping to ease hydrological deficits that endanger Nebraska’s ability to comply with an interstate river compact."
