"Branstad Joins WOTUS Legal Challenge"

(SIOUX CITY JOURNAL) The Sioux City Journal reports, "Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad announced Tuesday that he had joined other governors in a lawsuit challenging a federal Waters of the U.S. rule, calling it a regulatory 'overreach' that creates barriers to water-quality improvements and harms Iowa farmers and small businesses."
