"Flowmeter Mandate for May Township OK'd"

(HASTINGS TRIBUNE) The Hastings Tribune reports, "After postponing a decision on two earlier occasions, the Tri-Basin Natural Resources District board of directors voted Tuesday to move ahead with requiring flowmeters on all irrigation wells in Kearney County’s May Township."
