(NORFOLK DAILY NEWS) "Lower Elkhorn Natural Resources District board of directors cast a look to the future at its monthly meeting Tuesday night. The board heard from Olsson Associates about the results of a reservoir evaluation project that Olsson recently conducted in the district. The project evaluated 10 creeks in the Lower Elkhorn NRD for the potential of being turned into a reservoir at some time in the future."
