(GRAND ISLAND INDEPENDENT) The Grand Island Independent reports, "During March, dryness worsened in Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin, according to the National Drought Mitigation Center at the University of Nebraska (NDMC)."
