(LINCOLN JOURNAL STAR) The Lincoln Journal Star reports that a feedlot near Doniphan will pay $110,000 in fines and penalties for violations of the Clean Water Act in failing to keep livestock waste from reaching the Platte River between 2005 and 2008.
