(THE TOPEKA CAPITAL-JOURNAL) The Topeka Capital-Journal reports, "The city of Salina and three other public entities plan to file a federal lawsuit in a long-running battle over pollution at a former Air Force Base.
Tim Rogers, executive director of the Salina Airport Authority, says the lawsuit is the necessary to efforts to clean up pollution at the former Schilling Air Force Base in southwest Salina."
