(THE GRAND ISLAND INDEPENDENT) The Grand Island Independent reports, "There is a Keystone pipeline for crude oil that runs through Nebraska north to south, just east of Lincoln. Now, Sen. Annette Dubas and Sen. Kate Sullivan say Nebraska has little impact on an upcoming federal decision to build a pipeline expansion, Keystone XL.
'It's a federal project, so we (state government) don't really have any oversight,' Dubas said."
