(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports, "The Tri-Basin Natural Resources District board has scheduled a public hearing on its fiscal year 2010-2011 budget at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 10 at the Bertrand Community Building.
The board traditionally uses its August meeting day for a morning tour of some district projects and an afternoon meeting in one of the towns away from the Holdrege headquarters."
