"Rainwater basin receives help for program"

(HASTINGS TRIBUNE) The Hastings Tribune reports, "The Rainwater Basin Complex will receive $750,000 in 2010 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to restore, enhance and protect 240 acres in its 17 counties through the Wetlands Reserve Enhancement Program."
