(YANKTON PRESS & DAKOTAN) The Yankton Press & Dakotan reports, "The James River Water Development District (JRWDD) is seeking to challenge a state law that would allow Hutchinson County’s pullout from the water district.
At Thursday’s meeting in Yankton, the JRWDD board unanimously passed a resolution authorizing the district’s general manager, Darrell Raschke, to consult with an attorney on whether SB 184 violates the state constitution.
'We may end up taking it to court,' Raschke said."
