(SCOTTSBLUFF STAR-HERALD) The Scottsbluff Star-Herald reports "Oil companies planning to explore southeastern Wyoming, western Nebraska and northeastern Colorado for new production are looking around for water sources as well. The water is needed for drilling, well completion, and fracturing the geological features of the Niobrara play, where they hope to find a new source of oil and gas."
