(LINCOLN JOURNAL STAR) The Lincoln Journal Star reports "Lake McConaughy, the state's largest reservoir, will be bursting at the seams this spring, and Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District officials are worried about flooding downstream on the Platte River when they have to release water."
