(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports "Pathfinder Reservoir had the smallest inflow during January, according to numbers released by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation Office in Mills, Wyo. Seminoe, Glendo and Guernsey experienced above average inflows."
