"Lower Platte North NRD added to Lake Wanahoo drowning lawsuit"

(LINCOLN JOURNAL STAR)  The Lincoln Journal Star reports, "The Lower Platte North Natural Resources District has been named as a second defendant in a lawsuit involving the drowning of an 11-year-old boy at Lake Wanahoo."
