On February 24, 2015, the Supreme Court of the United States issued a decision in the matter of Kansas v. Nebraska et al. (No. 126, Orig.), ruling, "The Special Master's determination that Nebraska violated the Republican River Compact and the 2002 Final Settlement Stipulation and his recommendation that Nebraska's requested modification of the 2002 agreement be granted are adopted; the parties' exceptions to the Special Master's Report are overruled."
