"Obama Vetoes Resolution of Disapproval of WOTUS"

(GRAND ISLAND INDEPENDENT) The Grand Island Independent reports, "U.S. Rep. Adrian Smith, R-Neb., said on Wednesday he was not surprised that President Obama vetoed the resolution passed by Congress to disapprove the Environmental Protection Agency’s Waters of the U.S. rule, known as WOTUS."
