(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports, "Kansas officials are asking the U.S. Supreme Court to require Nebraska to meet terms of a 2003 settlement decree for Republican River Compact compliance.
A press release from the Kansas Department of Agriculture says Kansas Attorney General Steve Six asked the U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday to enforce the Kansas v. Nebraska lawsuit settlement decree that outlines each state’s rights to Republican Basin water."
