(KEARNEY HUB) A letter to the editor in the Kearney Hub asserts that a pair of irrigation bills introduced by Sen. Carlson of Holdrege "would kill local control and, potentially, the [Republican River] basin’s economy."
"Carlson’s bills are poorly written, ill defined and a threat to all irrigation in the state," the letter opines.
