(SIOUX CITY JOURNAL) The Sioux City Journal reports, "Flooding is taking a toll on farmers in eastern South Dakota, but they're not letting it get them down. Brad Greenway says he doesn't expect to be able to plant some of his land west of Mitchell, because of standing water that will take a long time to soak in. But he says he should get the majority of his acres seeded this spring.
