(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports "Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District officials were stunned by an Aug. 27 Nebraska Supreme Court decision that the district doesn’t have legal standing to challenge groundwater management upstream of Lake McConaughy.
They disagree with the court’s ruling that more specific damage claims were required.
