Bostwick Irrigation District Sues State, NRDs"

(HASTINGS TRIBUNE) The Hastings Tribune reports, "The Nebraska Bostwick Irrigation District and member irrigators have filed a lawsuit against the Nebraska Department of Natural Resources and Republican River Basin natural resources districts, seeking redress of grievances related to closure of water diversion and storage permits."
