"Nebraska Bostwick Irrigators File Lawsuit Against State for Lost Irrigation Water"

(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports, "The Nebraska Bostwick Irrigation District has joined Frenchman Cambridge in filing a lawsuit seeking damages from the state for lost irrigation water in 2013 and 2014 when the Department of Natural Resources ordered water to bypass those districts’ storage reservoirs and diversion dams."
