"101st Legislature, second session water + laws"

(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports, "State Sen. Mark Christensen of Imperial wants to fix a law to allow Republican Basin natural resources districts to use an occupation tax on irrigated acres to fund interstate compact compliance measures.
He might support amendments to his bill that would extend the authority to other parts of Nebraska, but only if senators from the other basins introduce them. "
