(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports "The budget and property tax asking for fiscal year 2010-2011 will increase in the Ord-based Lower Loup Natural Resources District, but the tax levy will drop slightly.

LLNRD General Manager Leon Koehlmoos said the FY2011 total budget of roughly $6.51 million approved by the NRD board Thursday compares to $6.15 million in the past fiscal year. Similarly, the property tax asking will increase from $2.88 million in FY2010 to $3.26 million."
