(SIOUX CITY JOURNAL) The Sioux City Journal reports, "The Kingsley hydroelectric plant is back at work, generating power for Nebraskans.
The plant is operated by Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District. District officials say repairs and reassembly of the generator were completed April 29."
